My week/day

So, I went today and bought the boys new base ball bats. Our last ones got stolen out of our yard, I’m guessing during the night. This has never happened, but I am assuming it was the neighbor kid. Their family is moving out. Thankfully. Hopefully, they move far, far away. Their dog attacked my five year old Thursday. It would have gotten him if Gavin had run. But I came out and saw it just in time for me to run and get in between them. I was yelling and cussing it and shooing it with my arms. I’m kind of surprised that I did not get bit. I did just stop in its tracks, but it didn’t back down. I just grabbed Gavin behind me and we walked backwards to our vehicle. We were on our way out and I had just let the dog out and headed back outside when this occurred. It was even in our own yard. I would have shot the dog if it had gotten him. I just kept telling, I’m so glad you did not run. I’m still pissed about that. But, they are gone now. So today we were outside hitting some balls and Gavin scratched his hand and had to have a band aid. So, in the two minutes it took me to run in and grab one, they disappeared. Found them in the back yard peeing off the back porch. Hayes said I pooped Momma! I was like, whatever Hayes, you know better. I had just asked him before we went out. Right now, it is a lot of fun pooping every time you go potty. He’s just turned three and I can say he is officially potty trained. He wears a night time pull up, but that is all! Yay! I am so excited! I have changed diapers for 5 ½ years straight. I’m so done. Anyway, I looked down on the porch and low and behold, there is some poop on there. Then I start looking down on the ground and there was poop on the ground. And, not only on the ground anymore. It is now on both on my tennis shoes. They are Nike Shox and they have all those holes in the bottom of the heel. I just started bawling. It’s been one of those weeks, so I was just emotional anyway. So, I made him come in the house. That really pissed him off, but I was like what were you thinking trying to poop of the porch! Seriously!! I asked Gavin how he did it. I was like; did you hold his hands and let him lean back to go on the ground? He would have fallen if he had turned around and tried to do it himself. I do not get it, and I really do not care. I hope it just isn’t my boys that are so messy. I am hoping it is just their age. I have faith things will get better in time. No one better tell me different!

  1. Wow!!! Sounds like you are having all sorts of fun. Glad the bad neighbors are moving out! I really hate it when people let their vicious dogs roam free throughout the neighborhood to bite innocent people. Sorry to hear about your shoes also.
